Hi, my name is Sarah. I am currently living in Margate, Florida with my American husband and two children. I moved in 2001 because my brother was living here and there seemed to be little to no work at home after completing seven years of University and College. I met my husband online and we fell in love and had two beautiful children. I am currently working as a child protection supervisor and don't get home much due to the cost and time off from work. I desperately miss my home and family. I became a naturalized citizen this year and will apply for my 5 year old and infant son this year. I would love to meet some fellow Canadians here in Florida. I miss home, my true native land.

I was born in Sherbrooke, Quebec and lived in Stanstead most of my life until 1989 when I started my way south to end up in NC since 2004. I love it here in Charlotte but do miss the snow and skiing twice a week. I am a residential Real Estate Broker and enjoy helping my Canadian friends. I speak only French to my grand children and hope to continue the Canadian heritage through them as well.

My husband and I are from Quebec City. We moved to the U.S. more than 11 years ago. We first moved to California and lived there for almost 4 years. We then bought a house in Texas and lived there for 7 years. We just moved to Highlands Ranch in Colorado and we love it so far! :-)

My family and I are originally from Ottawa and have been living here in Houston for 4 years now. We originally moved here for my job in the aviation field but I decided to make a career change and became a realtor. We really enjoy living in Houston and the people here have been great. We managed to find a local hockey rink where my 11 year old son plays organized hockey. It's great to play hockey here and also a great way to meet other Canadians that are in town.

Both my Mother and Father were born in Quebec, as were my brother and I. Having been in the "States" - Los Angeles - since I was a baby I haven't had the chance to live as a Canadian.

Now my wife and I live in Seattle, and I work for a company that provides quality bus tours of Vancouver, Whistler and Victoria. Living so close to Vancouver and working with a Canadian company has opened the doors to much travel back and forth. It has been a delight to get to know some of my homeland a bit!

Hey ya'll. My husband Greg and I moved to eastern North Carolina in April 2001 from Delta B.C. I am a Cancer Center Nurse Manager in a community hospital and Greg is a Respiratory Therapist in another community hospital. We have gone from living on a 36' sailboat on the west coast to rural country living. We have 7 horses, 3 mini donkeys, 5 dogs and 2 cats. Initially, NC was a culture shock but we've since adapted well to life here, eh!
